We collect the business information you provide at sign-up (business name, contact email, billing details) and the Google Business Profile data you authorise us to access — namely reviews and the ability to reply to them.
We use your information solely to provide the review-reply service: reading new reviews, drafting and posting replies in your brand voice, and sending you a weekly summary email. We never sell or share your data with advertisers.
We use Google's official OAuth flow. We never see or store your Google password and our access can be revoked from your Google account at any time.
Data is stored on encrypted Australian servers. Access is limited to the small team writing your replies. We retain review history while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of cancellation.
You can request a copy or deletion of your data any time by emailing hello@reviewshield.com.au. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
