1. Who we are
Review Shield (reviewsshield.ai) is operated by Annie Wang. We provide an automated Google review reply service for businesses.
2. What we collect
Business name, owner name, email address, phone number, and Google Business Profile data (reviews and ratings) shared via Google OAuth.
3. Why we collect it
To detect new Google reviews, generate AI-written replies, and send SMS alerts to business owners.
4. How we use your data
Your review data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate replies. Your phone number is used by Vonage to send SMS alerts. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Data storage
Your data is stored securely in Supabase servers. We use encryption in transit and at rest.
6. Google OAuth
We access your Google Business Profile using Google's official OAuth flow. We only request permission to read reviews and post replies. We never see your Google password. You can revoke access anytime from your Google account settings.
7. SMS communications
By signing up you consent to receiving SMS alerts about new reviews. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to any message.
8. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
