Review Shield is a done-for-you service that drafts and posts replies to Google reviews on your behalf. We aim to respond to every review within four business hours.
You agree to provide accurate business information, maintain valid Google Business authorisation, and let us know promptly if you'd like a published reply edited or removed.
Plans are billed monthly in advance in AUD. The 14-day free trial requires no payment method. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month.
You retain full editorial control over replies posted on your behalf. We follow the brand voice guide established during onboarding and will revise or remove any reply on request.
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous three months. We're not liable for review platform policy changes or Google account suspensions outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
