1. The service
Review Shield monitors your Google Business Profile reviews and generates AI-written replies on your behalf. For negative reviews (1-2 stars), we send a suggested reply via SMS for your approval before posting. For positive reviews (3-5 stars), replies may be posted automatically based on your settings.
2. Your responsibilities
You must be the verified owner or authorised manager of the Google Business Profile you connect. You are responsible for reviewing and approving replies before they are posted to Google. You must provide accurate contact information.
3. AI-generated content
Replies are drafted by AI (Anthropic Claude) and may not always be perfect. You should review all suggested replies before posting them. Review Shield is not liable for any consequences of replies you choose to post.
4. Billing
Plans are billed monthly in AUD. You can cancel anytime. Founding member pricing is locked in for life as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and rejoin, founding member pricing is honoured.
5. Free trial
The 14-day free trial requires no credit card. At the end of the trial, you must choose a paid plan to continue.
6. Data and privacy

7. Limitation of liability
Review Shield is provided as-is. We do not guarantee removal of negative reviews. We are not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or reputation arising from the use of our service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you via email of any significant changes.
